Leilani Trinka was born in Honolulu and raised in Kailua. She creates beautifully crafted, small batch, hand built porcelain objects, with personality and whimsy. Her work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally and she is currently represented by galleries in the USA and in Australia. Ceramics Monthly and Pottery Making Illustrated have published images of her work as well as an article she wrote on her making process. She finds great joy in making her pieces and hopes to communicate this joy with others.
